Annual Report 2025 adopted At the last meeting of the 2022-2025 triennium, the 2024/25 Annual Report and summary report were adopted. These can be found on the Council’s website: https://www.cluthadc.govt.nz/council/annual-reports Chief Financial Officer Sharon Jenkinson presented the reports with the auditors in attendance. Chief Executive Steve Hill highlighted that the audit and annual report was compiled a lot earlier than previous years due to the timing of the election (11 October), and the audit had gone smoothly even though it was a new audit team and the earlier completion. Mayor Bryan Cadogan acknowledged the Council’s effort and courage to push ahead with a Long Term Plan last year, amidst the proposed steep rates hike due to the investment in infrastructure, the unsustainable nature of funding Three Waters services under the new Government regulatory standards, and cost escalations across all council services.
